After a tour with an EPA Washington DC
representative January 17, 2008 it was
determined that
Arkansas aerial applicators will not be impacted
by the Containment regulations
“provided
no stationary pesticide storage tanks 500
gallons or larger are used that remain on site
for 30 days or more”.
If you have the large storage tank you need to
have it removed or disconnected.
